Reception

Our reception staff work hard to make our services efficient, friendly and accessible. They answer the telephones, make appointments, update the computers and manage requests for home visits, emergency appointments and repeat prescriptions. All have been fully trained and have a wealth of information at their fingertips. If you are in doubt about anything please ask, if the receptionist does not know the answer they will find out for you. A brief explanation of your problem may enable them to suggest the right person for advice, or offer the most suitable appointment. Please help them to help you.

Practice Nurses

The Practice Nurses co-ordinate and run many of our specialist clinics in conjunction with the GP’s, these include clinics for asthma, diabetes, heart disease, hypertension and chronic obstructive airways disease. In addition to this they provide a wide range of other services including immunisations, blood pressure monitoring, cervical smears, travel advice and immunisation.
